2. Service description

Bailatica is a social platform dedicated to dance, allowing dancers to meet, find dance partners, discover events, and contact dance teachers. The service is accessible via the website and mobile app.

3. Registration and account

To use Bailatica, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Protect the confidentiality of your password
• Not create fake profiles or impersonate others

4. Code of conduct

By using Bailatica, you agree not to:

• Post offensive, discriminatory, violent, or sexual content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to bypass security measures of the service
• Collect personal data of other users without their consent

5. User content

You are responsible for the content you post on Bailatica (photos, messages, biography, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it as part of the service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that is reported by other users.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of Bailatica are available through a paid subscription:

• Prices are displayed before any subscription
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the end of the current period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the App Store / Google Play

7. Limitation of liability

Bailatica is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. We are not responsible for interactions between users outside the platform. We encourage you to exercise caution when meeting people.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms.

9. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the update date. By continuing to use the service after changes are posted, you accept the new terms.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.

11. Child Safety Standards

Bailatica is a social platform exclusively designed for adult dancers (18 years and older). We are firmly committed to combating child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA).

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Images, videos, or any visual content depicting minors in a sexual context
• Solicitation or grooming of minors
• Sharing or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any communication intended to exploit or harm minors

If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve child exploitation, please report it immediately using the in-app report feature or by contacting us at contact@bailatica.com.

Bailatica fully complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety and cooperates with law enforcement agencies, including reporting identified CSEA content to the relevant national and regional authorities (NCMEC and local law enforcement).
