FAQ
How do I find a dance partner?
Go to Search, pick your dance, role and city, then message the profiles you like. A complete profile with a photo gets many more replies.
How do I create or join an event?
In Events, tap a party then "I'm going". To create yours: "Create an event", fill in the date, place and dance.
I teach: how do I get listed?
Turn on your teacher profile in the app (My profile > Become a teacher). The subscription is taken in the app, on the App Store or Google Play. Your profile then appears in the teacher search.
How does the free trial work?
When a plan offers a trial, you pay nothing during the trial. We remind you the day before it ends. Unless you cancel, the subscription then starts at the price shown.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Bailatica. On Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Your teacher profile stays visible until the end of the paid period.
What is the referral program?
Share your invite link. When a friend signs up with it, confirms their email and creates a profile, you are both "Featured" for 7 days: your profiles go to the top of searches.
How do I report or block someone?
On their profile or in the conversation, tap the "⋯" menu then "Report" or "Block". We review every report.
How do I edit or delete my account?
My profile > My account: change your details, email or password, or delete your account for good.
I get too many (or too few) notifications
My profile > Notifications (app) or Email settings (website): choose what you want to receive.
